Housing and Debt Caseworker (Legal Aid)

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is looking for a full-time Housing and Debt Telephone Caseworker to join our Derby-based team, supporting the delivery of the Legal Aid Specialist Telephone Advice Service (TAS). In this role, you will provide assistance in delivering telephone advice to clients on housing and debt matters, acting on clients’ behalf where appropriate and helping them access the support they need. Working within a target-driven, performance-based environment, you will play an important role in the ongoing development and success of the service, ensuring high-quality advice and excellent client care while contributing to the achievement of team objectives.
