We're looking for compassionate, resilient and customer-focused individuals to join our Help Through Hardship team. Every day, you'll support people experiencing financial hardship by providing emergency food support, practical advice and guidance that can have a lasting impact on their lives.

What you'll be doing

As a Contact Centre Adviser, you'll be part of a specialist telephone advice team delivering high-quality support to people across the UK

Speak with clients over the phone, listening with empathy and professionalism.

Assess individual circumstances and provide tailored advice and information.

Support people to access emergency food vouchers and other essential financial support.

Help clients understand their benefits, maximise their income and make informed descisions.

Maintain accurate case records using our customer management system.

Deliver an excellent customer experience while working within quality standards and service targets

Suitable candidates will be invited to a meet the team day experiencing first hand what we do! If you have the skills to provide exceptional advice and support through various channels we would love to find out what you would bring to the role.

START DATE: 10th August

HOURS: Full time/Part time will be considered. Hours worked Monday - Sunday to support 7-day service
